    Hello,

    I have difficulties with the automatic update feature. It tells me that my license is not validated. So I checked and validated the license on your site. However – it somehow did not work (instead it show now two license on my account.)

    Does anyone have a simular error or knows what went wrong.
    Important to mention – I renamed my URL – and accordingly I renamed the URL on my account for the licence.

    I would very much appreciate if some one could give my a hint what I did wrong.

    Hi There,

    How many X Themes you have purchased? One or 2? According to our records you have 2 X Themes under this license.

    If you purchased just one, please let us know, also check your themeforest account to be sure.

    Regarding your validation process for automatic updates you shpould do the following:

    Please do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    Here I am again – I entered the licence on my WordPress site again (Do not know why the licence dropped from my WordPress App). However the automatic update works again. Yeah!
    If you now could correct my trouble with the double X-Theme licence on my X-Theme.co Account – all will be well. 😉
