    Hello, I have an X theme license for my site http://www.fepas.org but the automatic updates do not work. Today I started to update the version of WordPress, the theme and plugins Cornerstone and Revolution Slider. When I try to update them, a download fails. If I have an active license, why do I have to make manual downloads? Why do cornerstone and revolution slider fail so much when trying to upgrade?

    It could be related to cURL. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
