    Hi there,

    I have an issue with updating the theme in my development installation, I receive the message that the lisence key is not valid, but the url to the development installation I have added to the licenses under development.
    Please let me know how to fix.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Is there an answer to this? I have the same problem. Does the parent theme folder name have to remain as ‘x’ for this to work (none of mine do)?

    Hi There,

    You could try removing your x theme in your theme folder then reinstall again your X theme.
