    I didn’t get your problem. If you are referring X theme update then mane sure to validate your site with your purchase key. Follow our Product Validation guide to validate X – https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Please try going to Dashboard > Updates and click Check again button. WordPress does not notify sometimes.

    You can also update your setup manually, https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/ then let us know on the next update if there is no update alerts.

    I’m ot able to connect to FTP due to following errors :

    Error:	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:	Could not connect to server

    Please check. I made previous replay private.
