    I’ve searched the forums for fixes, none have worked. Using the same url as in my settings > general. Please help.

    “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

    Hi There,

    That message indicates that the code has already been assigned to a URL. Kindly double check as you’ll need to un-assign it on your licenses page and then try again. If the issue remains after this, do let us know so we can forward to our account manager. This link might also help:https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Yes, I’ve unassigned and re-assigned to my url (same as in settings > general) and re-entered the license code multiple times.

    Hey There,

    For some reason you’re having 2 accounts with the same license. The other account is: “lemonsevens” https://community.theme.co/users/lemonsevens/licenses/ so we will have to delete one of both and then the issue should be resolved.

    Deleting both would not make sense. I’ve deleted the other account and validated your site with this account successful. We can rename this account to your preference just let me now.
