    Hi,

    I am doign the last touches on an online shop, and have just noticed that, in the cart, the ADD TO CART button and APPLY COUPON buttons are both not working – it is like they have not been pressed at all.

    I have disabled all of the plugins except for WoCommerce and the standard ones that ship with X theme (RevSlider, Force Regenerate Thumbnails etc).

    Please help!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the credentials. It seems you are using WooCommerce v2.6.0-beta-1. Kindly remove this version and install stable version v2.5.5 from Plugins page or by downloading from here – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/

    I know you have installed from X Addons page and we have an issue there with the approved plugin as it’s pulling the latest version instead of compatible one. We’ll fix this soon but for now kindly use the Plugins page and search on repository to download the stable version.

    Ok thx so much
    I had no idea it wasn’t stable?? Is there a note about this written in the add ons section that I missed?

    If I reinstall woo commerce will my products and settings remain or with they be deleted?

    It’s not a huge big deal either way as I haven’t done much in the shop yet
