    Hello,
    Could you perhaps advice me on the following problem I’m experiencing?
    My website is http://www.archipunt.nl. When I try to customize the site by accessing ‘appearance -> customize’ or via ‘customize’ on the dashboard, the page doesn’t load. The ‘X’ is rotating in my browser, but it seems to get stuck there. I have found no other way to enter the customisation-area.
    This happens both in Safari and in Chrome. My X-theme is version 4.6.4. WordPress version is 4.6.1. Any ideas on what might be the problem and solution? Thank in advance for any help!

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
