    I’ve followed the instructions to validate with my purchase code in the member center, but the elusive API key is still nowhere to be found. I’ve assigned the site url to the purchase code, but back in WordPress it’s still asking for the API key, and I keep going in circles. Addons/Home directs me out to the THEMECO member center, I’ve done the steps there, but nowhere on that page is an API key listed. Please help. I remember it being so easy the last time I installed X for a previous client.

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchased code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
