Hi there!
I purchased the Xtheme but was unaware it could only be used for one site ( an oversight on my path), I used the template for three of my sites and now my cornerstone isn’t working properly for any of the sites, I tried validating the licence for just one site but keep getting error message that Api isn’t correct, I tried it for the initial site I purchased it for but same error message. Apparently the code isn’t validated for any of the three site.
Kindly assist as I am a novice ( reason why I purchased the xtheme) .
So basically I just want to validate it for one site and then purchase another license for the other two site when I am ready to go live . Thanks and hooefully I get a response .

– Link to your site
– Your license key (purchase code)
– WordPress Admin username / password

Hi There,

Please do the following steps:

1] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
2] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
3] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

Regarding the other two websites we would request that you purchase another two licenses if the websites are in use, and than assign the new two Envato purchase codes to the other two websites by following the same steps above.

If you don´t succeeded by following the steps above, please let us know.

Please how do I revoke the license ? Can you do this from your end please ?

Hi there,

Upon checking your sites, I see that you’re using older versions of X theme and Cornerstone. As we have revised our product validation process in the later versions (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/), you will need to have the latest version of X theme & Cornerstone plugin to correctly function the validation process.

I suggest you to download the latest copy of X theme and then delete your current X theme (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/). Then upload the latest version of X theme and activate it. Once you head over to X Addons section, the latest copy of Cornerstone plugin will be automatically installed. Then you should be able to validate your site (make sure to add the site you want to validate within manage license section in your ThemeCo account).
