In some earlier threads I think someone from Themeco said that enabling parallax for hybrid touchscreen devices (as many laptops are these days) would be something they might address in future. It does seem like quite a buzzkill that the effect is disabled on so many of today’s touch enabled laptops, and I wonder if this is something which is in the works. I’ve heard the usual responses of “parallax would be problematic on touch screens” but would it not simply be a matter of perhaps creating a static transparent layer on top of the parallax section? Disclaimer: I have no idea what I’m talking about so what I just said is likely to be utter nonsense, lol…..

We certainly appreciate the feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development.
