    Hi,

    after the Layer Slider, all animations like Counter or Feature list are not working.

    When I set the section with animations before the Layer Slider the animations work.

    All Versions, WordPress, X Theme, Cornerstone are updated.

    Can you help?

    Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.6
    Cornerstone: 1.3
    Visual Composer: 4.12

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Meanwhile, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    And to assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password

    It’s still popping out. I’m not sure if it’s the plugin you disabled, but it’s more likely related to this https://www.httpwatch.com/httpgallery/authentication/

    You may also wish to contact your hosting provider to find out how it can be disabled.

    Hi there,

    Hmm, yes, looks like it’s affecting the animation. Though it mostly works on my end but when the site loads slow, the animation is executed earlier which makes it unnoticeable.

    Since you’re also asking about the https://theme.co/x/ slider and navigation. Why not utilize the revslider instead of layer slider? Please check this related thread https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/how-to-create-a-full-screen-image-with-content-above-masthead-like-on-theme-cox/

    The main procedure is adding the slider above masthead, make it fullscreen, and then add .masthead to Containers input field along with fullscreen setting.

    You may also need to change your navigation to fixed top at Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Header.
