braoudapParticipantI am using the Renew 2 theme on http://www.nemopro.com and the “Get Yours Now” button in the top section works just fine as an anchor on my laptop, but the button does absolutely nothing when pressed on a mobile device. I have tried setting the HREF as:
#order
/#order
http://www.nemopro.com/#order… and none of them work on the mobile devices.
Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.
Thanks!

LelyModeratorHello Paul,
I just tested using an Android phone. The button is working and scrolling fine on the specific section. Can you give us information on what mobile you were using?

braoudapParticipantThis is definitely still a problem as we have tested it both on iOS and Android. Let me explain further: When you first go to the homepage on a mobile device, if you scroll all the way to the bottom and then scroll back to the top, the button WILL work. However, when you first go onto the site the button will NOT work at first. It’s the weirdest thing. Please see this video and you’ll understand: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y73ixse8xncqnvo/iphone.mov?dl=0
Please help us with this, as it’s the first impression people have on our site. Thanks!September 28, 2016 at 3:35 am #1193561
Paul RModeratorHi,
It is being covered by your image element.
You can add this in your button style field to make it go on top of any element.
position: relative;z-index: 9999999;Hope that helps.
