VSteijgerParticipantI have a question about anchor points on the page. I’m working on a page in Cornerstone. I have 5 feature list items in the top section. I want every feature list item to link to a specific point (anchor) on the same page below. I know it has something to do with ID and HREF but I can’t find a way to make it work.
So far I put a hashtag followed by a name into the ID field of where a link should hop to. Then I added the same hashtag and name to the HREF field of one of the feature list items. This doesn’t work.
Could you maybe help me figure this out?
(Also when this works I’m looking for a way to make it scroll smoothly instead of an instant ‘pop’ when you click the feature list items)

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You need to remove the # from the ID Field.
# is the prefix for ID
So if you call your ID myid your HREF will be connected to #myid.
It should scroll smoothly.
Let us know how it goes,

VSteijgerParticipantThank you for your quick reply!
Unfortunately is still doesn’t work. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m doing exactly what you just explained.
This is what I fill in
Feature list item: HREF –> #1
Anchor point on the same page: ID –> 1July 4, 2016 at 8:06 am #1071462
Paul RModeratorHi,
Please change your ids with text rather than single digit number.
eg. mysection-1
mysection-2Thanks

VSteijgerParticipantUnfortunately that also doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried adding the ID to the section, then to a title, then to a text box, but they all don’t work.
Is there another way to make this work?
