Hi awesome support team,

When I click the button in revolution slider it doesn’t take me to the right anchor. It works with all other cts’s but not with this one…

Could you help me out with that?

Try adding the ID pricing to your section instead.

I added it to the section (under column settings)…I hope that is what you meant.
Unfortunetly it doesn’t work…I think the problem is that there are images which are lazy loading. When i click the button it takes me to the right section, but then the images start loading and the right section moves….all this happens very fast and it looks like it jumped to the wrong section…

Unfortunately I can’t get rid of lazy loading…Do you have any more ideas?

Hi Christian,

You are supposed to add the ID to the section as suggested not to column. however it seems still working fine since it’s the last section. I don’t see any issue. If you click on the button before loading the all contents then it might change the position after loading the content.

But you just perfectly described the problem: “If you click on the button before loading the all contents then it might change the position after loading the content.”….It’s a landing Page. People might click on the button, will be directed to the wrong section and leave the page…Do you have any more ideas?
Unfortunately I don’t understand how to add the ID into a section. Actually I don’t know what a section is. I am working with vc and I only see the option adding it to a container or a column…what exactly is the section?

Hi Christian,

If you are using VC then it’s called Content Band. However you should optimize your page to load the content faster before people start thinking to click on the button. You can follow the Performance article.
