    Hello,

    I am getting: An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.
    when trying to update the theme after moving the site to a new subdomain on an internal only facing website.

    I have followed the steps in https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ article and get the above error when trying to update.

    I am not even brought a validation license screen to validate my license when following the steps.

    What can I do on my end to fix this issue so that I can update?

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
