1] To center the icons, please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

.mpc-icon {
    position: absolute;
    top: 50%;
    margin-top: -35px;
}

2] Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. This is an element from a 3rd party plugin, MPC Massive. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

3] Again this is connected to number 2 and we do not have any control or no knowledge about this because this is something that the plugin has offered.

Hi there,

No, it’s not possible with CSS. But you can add external link, see the attachment.
To align icon, please add text-align: center; in column’s style field.
