    Hey there,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    hey,

Nope, i am not using any plugin for ajax, also there is no plugin which is working on frontend,
So how is this possible, i am only using my own custom code for getting gallery on the page.
And gallery is made up of images in x theme columns and on click they opens lightbox.

I understand. However, we do not have support for custom code or script. Please load the gallery normally with out custom script and if the lightbox doesn’t work in that case, we will help.

Tweaking scripts built into X would require custom development which is outside the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/

    Thanks.
