    Hi,

    I downloaded and installed the demo Agency http://demo.theme.co/agency/, but the menu isn’t the same as how it is in the Demo, Have you found other with this problem before. Please see attached images, the first is how it should look, the second how it currently looks for me, but I would like to change to how it looks in Demo. If you have any steps to take to get Menu looking the same as in Demo could you please send them onto me?

    HI There,

    Uninstall Ubermenu.

    If your slider did not import for some reason I am attaching the slider here,

    Just go to Slider Revolution and Import it.

    Thank you so much, that all worked perfectly after that.

    It is probably similar issue things not copying over properly.
    But the contact form doesn’t work on the contact page. Nor does the google maps on homepage and contact page works. Would you know how to fix this also? Images attached of the errors, and last 2 images of what it should look like.

    Hi Laura,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    You need to go to Wp Admin Dashboard > Addons > Scroll down until you find Contact Form 7

    Install it, create your form, go to Contact Page and select the form you have selected.

    Regarding Google Maps you need to create an APi Key:

    Here is a tutorial of how to do it:

    Thank you for your help.

    You have to pay for google cloud platform, does that mean in order to have the maps on your wesbite you need to pay for it? That’s a little odd isn’t it. Is there any way to simple put the iframe of google maps location into that section?

    Please try to create the API key here. You don’t have to pay for anything.
