Hello,

I am using the Agency theme for my website. I installed the Revolution Slider but it is not activated yet,do I need to purchase this slider separately to get a purchase code. I get this error “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias agency-home not found.” I am assuming it is because of not activating the slider yet, please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi there,

Revolution slider should work without activation since it comes bundled in X.

Please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look.

Hello There,

As of the time I was checking your site, the host is unreachable.

You must activate the Slider revolution first before importing the Agency demo content. I would recommend that you also install and activate all the necessary plugin first before doing the import. If ever a plugin is deactivated, any data content related to the plugin will not be included during the import process. This is why you are see the error “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias agency-home not found.”. The sliders were not being imported because at the time of the import process, the slider revolution plugin was not yet active.

Please activate the slider revolution plugin and do the import of Agency demo content again.

I am half way through in setting up all the content of my website. If I import the demo content again, I will loose all the content I added. How do I activate the plugin, do I need to purchase the plugin, please suggest.

Hi there,

No you won’t loose your content, but customizer settings will be over written when you setup demo content. You can export current customizer settings under X Addons page.

Thank you very much for your quick response. One other quick question, I added a bunch of logos on the home page for the Partners and Clients, is there a way to add a title called ‘Partners and Clients’.

Hi There,

You can open your page with Cornerstone (Edit with Cornerstone) and select the CUstom Headline Element and drag and drop to your section just above the logos and write Partners and Clients on the Custom Headline Element Tab Content Box.

It is really a “piece of cake”, but if you are still not familiar with Cornerstone I really recommend you having a look on our Cornerstone series at our Knowledge Base.

Hi there,

Did you clear cache before setting up demo content?
You should have added &clean-cache at the end of URL, pressed enter to clear cache.

e.g
http://cloud.capitissolutions.com/wp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&clean-cache
