    I have increased file size in PHP.INI, deactivated all plugins in WordPress, freshly re-installed WordPress- Yet unable to import Agency Demo. Getting Error: We’re Sorry. Demo Failed to finish Importing. Its happening for all Extended Demos.

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    You have a Curl related limitation or issue:

    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 4978 milliseconds with 212804 out of 266537 bytes received

    Using the error message above, you can contact your webhost. Here is a form letter you may use:

    Hello [provider],

    My WordPress installation is having a hard time making outbound HTTP requests. I’m using X theme and it makes a request to community.theme.co for setting up automatic updates. Here is the error message I’m receiving:

    [screenshot, or copy/paste the verbose error message (see above regarding the &x-verbose flag)]

    Could you please do the following?

    – Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
    – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
    – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
    – Check into the error message above.

    Please advise on anything you discover. Thank you.

    I had my provider update all of the above in PHP.INI. I am not sure why its still an issue. Do i need to make any changes in the INI File ?

    Yes, please ask your host provider to enable cURL on your site.
