    I can see that you’ve received this question a million times, but I can’t seem to resolve it. My Agency demo stops loading and I get an error message, “We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.” I’ve tried clearing the cache with no success.

    Can you please assist me?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Agency demo is a bit bigger with content and most of the time the interruption caused by intermittent connection . Kindly follow this thread for some other solution – https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/were-sorry-the-demo-failed-to-finish-importing/

    Hi there,

    Try increasing your PHP Max Script Execute Time to 300 and also check the following.

    
    – Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
    – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
    – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
    

    Then try to re-generate demo content and see if that works.
