    Hey I activated my X Theme and then when I try to install the Agency Demo I get an error message “The demo failed to finish importing” …

    What do I do? This is time sensitive stuff.

    I switched my theme back to the old Applay theme I was using just for now until we can resolve this issue.

    Let me know. Should I delete the X Theme from my WordPress and re-install it? I wonder if that would help?

    Hi Max,

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    And would you mind if try to install the demo? Because it will overwrite your customizer settings.

    Hi there,

    I wasn’t able to install demo content due to some errors.
    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes.

    I re-installed WordPress, deactivated all plugins and yet getting the same error for Agency Demo. Our Hosting is with Godaddy. Can you please assist.
