    Hello,
    I´ve updatet WordPress, the X-theme and the Revolution Slider Plugin. But now the Revolution Slider on my start page is lost. Could you please help me to fix this problem?

    Hi Christine,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Revslider is no longer installed in your site.

    Please install it back again via Addons.

    Thanks, I´ve just tried to install the Revslider. But an error encountered. The destination folder already exists.
    What should I do now? Will my created Sliders be deleted if I remove the existing folder and install the Revslider-plugin again?

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    In that case, you can try installing it manually via FTP. To do so, simply go to wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/ directory, extract the file revslider.zip and copy and replace (if already exists) the extracted folder in wp-content/plugins/ directory.

    Hi There,

    You won´t lose your sliders they are stored on the database.

    Access your site via FTP > Go to WP-Content/Plugins and delete RevSlider

    Go Back to your site > Wp Admin Dashboard > Addons > And Install Rev Slider.
