    I just updated to the newest version of X, along with the newest version of cornerstone and visual composer. My site was fine before the update, but now it is not showing the images or elements from Visual Composer on the frontend of the site.

    All my pages are built with Visual Composer. I have attached a screenshot to this post to see what I mean. Please help me get my site back!

    Yup, me too, images are gone and some items created with VC. Not everything tho, it seems to be random. I am restoring back to the previous version, so there is no way for me to show you what is happening, but please do get this fixed, or at least have a workaround in the release notes.

    I wouldn’t mind restoring to a previous version, but I can’t find the previous version of the theme anywhere (and of course I failed to save a zip of it last time). Do you or anybody know where I can get the last X theme bundle or restore a previous version?

    Hi Zack,

    We’re sorry you’re having this issue. It is recommended to have the latest version.
    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look and investigate? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi,
    I restored the previous database and now the site works and looks as it did before. As an experiment, I tried manually installing the new x theme zip to my file manager (I renamed the working x theme package temporarily), and low and behold, the same thing happened. Basically what I am saying is I isolated the issue to being x theme (the newest updated version). Clearly it is not working with Visual Composer at this time (judging from all the other folks having the same exact issue I did).

    I will go ahead and wait to update until you guys push out a fix for this, as clearly I am not the only one. If I give you my admin credentials now, you will see the working site (which does no good for you, but having a broken site just to show you does no good for me).
