    Hi,

    After I updated the Theme all of the details in the Appearance>Customize are blank. For example after clicking Layout & Design the Customize area goes white with no information. The same for everything else I click under customize.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I checked your Customizer and it is displaying fine on my end (see attached) can you please clear your browser’s cache and check the Customizer?

    I checked in google chrome and it works fine. I’m having problems in Safari for some reason. I’v emptied the cache as well. Crazy.

    I have tried to check it on safari and it is working well. Check attached.

    You could try updating or reinstalling again your safari.

    You have to click on Layout & Design for example. Attached is what I get

    Hi There,

    It is working 100% fine on my end, I even changed layout from full width to boxed and it worked fine on Layout and Design.

    Would you mind try a different browser or clean your browser cache – It works on all browsers.
