After several days of back and forth, your excellent support team determined I needed to reinstall X. I did so, however, when I put the code in, comes back with the following:
We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.
If you require the code, please respond and I will send it immediately. The first window, understandably, does not provide this option.
