I was building my new website with x under a subdomain I initially assigned the license key to. Now after publishing I reassigned the license key to http://www.island-cruises.org
In my dashboard there is still the message that the site is not validated.

I followed the article:

“Un-assigning a site

On occasion you may need to move a site to another URL. You can do this by un-assigning the site. Click the × next to a URL assignment. You will be asked to confirm. Remember this will make the site unvalidated, so it’s not advisable unless you are in the process of changing domains.”

Since there is no further advice logic dictates that I assign it then to the actual URL (before the key was assigned to new.island-cruises.org). Now it is assigned to http://www.island-cruises.org:

Production http://www.island-cruises.org
And I am waiting since days that this reflects in my dashboard so I would really appreciate if somebody could look into the issue.

Hello There,

Thanks for the updates!

If the X theme is not validated yet, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to site’s WP dashboard > X Addons > Home again, and insert the license code.

To properly revalidate your site, please follow these steps:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
