    Hi,

I recently upgraded Layerslider WP addon to the latest version.
On my local dev server, now the admin submenus (when you hover over Tools, Posts…) don’t popup.

When I disable the layerslider WP plugin, everything works normal.

How can I get this fixed?

    Hi there,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks.

    and then… it didn’t occur anymore….
I don’t know what happened, but now the menus popup again, and I’m able to push buttons and their consequent actions are triggered, in various modules, which wasn’t the case before.

I have the feeling it was a memory problem.

    Hello There,

So the menu is not working again? Please try to right click on the page, click console tab. Can you an error? If yes, forward us that error. It would be better if you can setup a staging site so we can see the issue directly. Do give as the link and credentials after you setup one. Thank you.

    I have it working now.
I thought I posted the solution, but see it is gone.

I used the inspect console, and saw issues related to jquery, which triggered my thought that I mad changes in Troubleshooting & Advanced Settings, to fix another issue when the sliders didn’t show, but forget to revert back to initial settings.
When I left only the caching option enabled, everything worked fine as before.
