sarahluParticipantIf I try to install an addon, specifically Custom 404, I get the message: ‘Error encountered: details” and the details read, “no package provided”. I’ve tried a few others and have the same message.

sarahluParticipantThanks, is there a guide for doing this, so I know what to expect? I don’t want to break anything. Thanks.

sarahluParticipantDo I just unassign the site by clicking the litte ‘x’ and add it back in? And use the existing Envato purchase code? Thanks!

Yes that’s correct. You can also walk-through our product validation guide for more information:

sarahluParticipantOK, I tried that and sadly, it didn’t work. The error details still read, “No package provided”.

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating the thread! Since you are unable to provide us with logins. You can try installing the extension manually. In your ThemeForest download zip there should be an extensions directory. Inside you will find all the extensions, which you can either extract and FTP into the Plugin’s folder on your site or use the WP plugin installer to upload the zip.
Hope this helps – thanks!
