Hello
I activated X theme recently, but Addon page is not working well.
I couldn’t install the add-ons on the page with ‘Error encountered. Details’ and ‘No package provided’ although I’ve tried to ‘revoke and register’
So I’ve done by installing manually through the plugin page.
but I faced with this matter when I tried to install the myCred add-on.
When I click to activate the add-on in the myCred, it showed X add-on page, not activate the myCred add-on.
If X add-on is fine, I should ask to myCred, but I guess that’s why X add-on’s connection is not working well.
Please let me know how I can fix that.

Hi There,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi again,

Thank you for providing the credentials.

1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (see attached)
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your active site and add your development site. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

Hello There,

I have checked your site and investigated further. There must be a slug conflict between X addons page and myCred Addon page. SO far, when I activated “Email Notifications”, I got redirected to the X Addons page. When I visited the myCred Addon page, it is already activated. I also tried it to Badges and the same thing happened. Badges were also now enabled.

Please check your site again. By the way, I am reporting this to our developers so that they can have a closer look about being redirected.

You’re right. I’ve checked the myCred addon is working.

I’ve done this thanks to you although x addon automatic installing is still being errored.

That’s fine anyway, I can install manually.
