Dear Sirs,

I purchased the X The Theme and installed, I wanted to know were can I get exact instruction to build out “ethos-1” / http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/? Is this perticular theme an additional plugin ? I want to get the them exactly as sample.

Please advise.

Hello Jerry,

That is available via demo install.
Please make sure that your X theme is validated:https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Go to Addons > Demo Content > Standard Demo > Choose Ethos 1 > Click Setup Demo Content.

Dear Support I haven’t been able to get the site exactly as sample?( http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/) I dont know why the theme doesnt come 100% prebuild . Most other other themes are given exactly as you see them? is there are way I can get the developer/writer to submit one 100% done?

Please remove categories ID from Customize -> Ethos -> Blog options. Please note that standard demo content imports home page content only.
Please let us know what you’re trying to achieve.

thanks for the last update. Can you tell me what would be the easiest way to get the template out of “Blog” format and see If I can can get it as a plain website will the carousel on top. The current format shows a carousel pointing to blog post. I would like it to have a carousel pointing to web page. Please advise.

Hi Jerry,

It a bit confusing. What do you mean by getting the template out of blog format? What I can see is just the standard page and not a blog page. Hence, I’m confused by out of “blog” since there is no “blog”. And the carousel is already pointing to its web page. Would you mind providing screenshots with some notes? Visual guide should be helpful 🙂

And please note that there are two type of demo, standard demo and expanded demo. Standard demo only contains the content’s skeleton/structure/placeholders and styling and users are the ones that are going to fill it up. The other one is expanded demo, and they are the complete demo.

Thanks for the clarification. On another note, How can I add bottom text to a picture I have in a page? I tried adding all the fields but they do not get display? Example, I have a picture showing 3 girls, I want to put right under it “Models” How do I do this. Site I am referering to is : http://77.104.145.95/~artbodeg/events-and-gallery/

Hi Jerry,

You can put a text element between the image and the share elements and place the model text in there.

When you go to the webpage it comes up fine, but if you go to the site on a smart phone, the carousel shows up but the page says , page cannot be found. Can you tell me how to find this page or how to fix. Site is below. Thanks in advance.
