Hello, I have been searching through the forum trying to answer what I think is probably a simple question — I am using the Ethos theme, and I am wondering if I can easily place a slider at the top of the Portfolio page, like there is at the top of the Blog and Category pages. I would like the slider to automatically display the portfolio items on the page, and randomize the order, just like it does on Blog listing pages.
In other words, I’d like this sort of slider:

or
http://everyoneisright.com/category/topics/entertainment/on this page:
http://everyoneisright.com/courses/
Is this possible? Am I missing something obvious? I have a way of doing that…. =)

Post slider displays most commented, featured or random posts.
Regretfully what you’re trying to achieve isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
