Dear Sir/Mdm,

I’m trying to use this widget on my website theoptometrypractice.sg but when I added this javascript code into customize>custom>javascript, the widget didn’t appear. Please advice.

Please try adding it in Appearance > Widgets. If that doesn’t help, please contact the provider of the code for help if there are issues with the code.
