AndresBTA1ParticipantHello,
I registered on the Disqus page, installed and activated added a shortcode, enabled comments in the pages settings, but still not see a comments section on my page. Could you please let me know what I could do to fix this? Thanks!

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Are your using X Disqus Extenstion? We do not support other setup if you’re not using the Disqus extension.
Thanks.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. Let’s enable comments on a post and check if the Disqus appears. If you are facing problem for the pages then make sure your are not using a blank template (i.e. “Blank | No Header, No Footer”) because comments are eliminated from such templates. You can try setting default or fullwidth template.
Cheers!

AndresBTA1ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply. The comments do appear when a post is created. I would like to try to still have a blank template, no header, footer in the Renew Stack with the Disqus comments below. Do you know if there is any way to modify the php file as suggested in this thread but with the renew stack? I am beginner and would only feel free comfortable modifying it if there are step by step instructions like below. Thank you so much for your help and time!

RupokMemberHi there,
Your above mentioned thread shows step by step guide. You just need to create the file within framework > views > renew
Everything else would be same.
Cheers!

AndresBTA1ParticipantHello thanks,
I just performed the exact steps and I still do not see comments in the Renew stack with a Blank no container template. Can you please advise? Thank you for your help and time!

RupokMemberHi there,
Note that template-blank-7.php file represents the template Container | No Header, Footer. So you need to set exactly this template to get the change.
Thanks!
