My page worked fine but when I added art to the header using the following CSS, the art shows up fine BUT it breaks my top menu. The site is http://rci-hosting.com/bemf-site/

.x-logobar {
background-image: url(‘http://rci-hosting.com/bemf-site/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/BEMF-Header1.jpg’);
background-position: top;

X version is X – Child ThemeVersion: 1.0.0. Your help is appreciated.
