HelloParticipantHi,
Is it possible to add another menu to the header in addition to the main menu on the left and making functional without further/custom development?Or would it be easier to add the menu/category buttons to the main body text below? I was thinking of just below the line of the header. How would I adjust the position?
I like to add two menu/category buttons with drop down menus below.
Please advise.
Thank you.

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
You can Enable Topbar in Customizer > Header section and add your own static menu there by adding custom HTML while maintaining your main menu from Appearance -> Menus.
Hope that helps, let us know how this goes!

HelloParticipantHi,
How would I create HTML? That sounds like I need a developer. Can a widget or plugin do the same?
What else can I do in Topbar in Customizer > Header?
Would it be simplier to add the category/menu in the main body of the page?
I am on a tight schedule so which is quicker please.
Thank you.

RupokMemberHi there,
You can use “Custom Menu” widget within “Widget Area” but it won’t look like the primary menu. If you want to use this, we can help you to change the look of the menu.
Let’s add a widget area and update us with your URL.
Cheers!

HelloParticipantWhat do you think of using this plugin?

JadeModeratorHi there,
You can try adding this code in the customizer to move the search bar up:
#mytraining-widget h2 { display: none; } #mytraining-widget #searchform { margin: 20px 50px; }Hope this helps.

HelloParticipantHi,
I have made some adjustments. Please look. But the menus are both located to the left of the screen and are not clickable as an icon/button. I also want the menus to be drop down.So do I use a plugin for that or what should I do?
Also I want to move them to under the main header and resize.
The categories under the widget areas “Men” and “Women” also are “uncategorized”. How do I link them to product pages?
I have also installed this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-custom-widget-area/
But when I try to add the code in the header.php file in the area shown in the attached photo it only shows the code on the homepage site.
Please advise soonest.

Paul RModeratorHi,
I am sorry but I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post.
If you don’t mind can you create a mockup design so we can fully understand what you are trying to achieve.
We’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I am sorry but it is still a bit confusing what you are trying to achieve and how.
I see you created a side menu for man and woman. I would reccomend you to add a side bar if you are looking to do that.
Regarding the empty space in the header it is not very clear what you are referring to and what you are trying to achieve.
You can add product categories to your menu as you add pages on Appereance > Menus.
I am not 100% the plugin you are trying to use is the best solution and what is exactly your goal with it.
Other good option I believe could be to use superfly always open instead of a side bar.
The best would be that you provide a graphic mockup of exactly what you are trying to achieve so we can better understand you and provide you suggestions.
Thanks
Joao
