Yes, I have seen that but I didn’t want to install that at this time. I’ve seen on other X websites, that adding an image in a regular mega menu is possible. Can you tell me how please?

Adding an image tag in the menu item directly should do the trick. In your site, it didn’t work out because you have inserted an incorrect image tag. Please use this instead:
