    Hi, when I add ahref link to a content band, it will create an additional paragraph at the bottom.

    Here’s the code:

    <a href="http://new.selbys.net/case-studies/city2surf-sydney/" style="display: block;">
    <div class="x-content-band img-grid bg-pattern custom-usage" style="margin: 2% 2% 0 2%; border-radius: 6px; height: 400px; background-image: url('http://www.audax.com.sg/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/001-Singapore-City-URA7.jpg');">
    <div class="img-grid-inside" style="padding: 0 2% 2% 0; text-align: right;">
    <mark class="x-highlight img-highlight-sm">City2Surf Sydney</mark>
    <div>Sporting Event, Festival</div>
    </div>
    </div>
    </a>

    Here’s the url: http://new.selbys.net/case-studies/

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! That is incorrect usage of HTML and that won’t pass HTML validation.

    You may try something like in the following example (http://jsfiddle.net/hf75B/1/).

    Thanks!

    Thanks for the tip.

    Can you check the url again: http://new.selbys.net/case-studies/

    If we make it 100% width and height, we can’t position it at the bottom right anymore.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back. It’s because one of your three columns (image grid) doesn’t have link while other to have link. So let’s link the first one as well.

    If you still face any issue, kindly attach a screenshot and clarify what else you are trying to achieve.

    Cheers!

    When we add a background to the link, it occupies the whole container. That’s the issue here.

    In the jsfiddle at the 1st reply, if you add a red bg to the link spanner, it takes up the whole container.

    I’ve attached a screenshot of the final result that I’m looking to achieve.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back but I am a bit confused about your issue. As mentioned earlier your first image grid doesn’t have link and that’s why it’s not aligned properly – http://prntscr.com/cfw8bu

    Would you clarify what’s your issue now and how we could assist you here?

    Thanks!
