lovecomsParticipantHi, is it possible to add a custom menu item (custom wording linking to a url for a member area login, not hosted within the main site i’m building) to main menu that will appear on mobile menu only?
Many thanksAugust 1, 2016 at 11:24 pm #1113216
John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

lovecomsParticipantI want to make a mobile menu that has an additional element on it – additional to the ‘main menu’ that will be seen on desktop. Is there a way of tailoring items on a mobile menu only? or do i build another menu and if so, is there a way i can assign this new menu as the menu that will appear on mobile view?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Creating a new menu for mobile will require a custom development which will fall outside of our support.
However, you can utilise the visibility classes to hide a specific menu item on a mobile or on a desktop.
x-hide-xl = 1200px and up
x-hide-lg = 980px – 1199px
x-hide-md = 768px – 979px
x-hide-sm = 481px – 767px
x-hide-xs = 480px & SmallerYou can add that on the menu item class field.
Hope it helps, Cheers!
