    Hi there,

I’m trying to add a simple form to this landing page – http://salesjunkie.com/opt-in-baby/

Just first name, email and submit. Then I’d like to connect it to Convertkit.

But I don’t see an element for this.

    Can you please help?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

If you want to add a simple form, you could add the shortcode or the custom code for the form in an Raw HTML element of the cornerstone.

    Hope it helps.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

Thanks. Where can I find the shortcode or custom code you referenced?

    Hello Again,

Since you are using ConvertPlug and would like to integrate it with ConvertKit, please do check out this page:
    https://www.convertplug.com/convertkit-wordpress-popup-plugin/

    Hope this helps.

Hmm, not exactly. I’m trying to integrate the form into this page – http://salesjunkie.com/opt-in-baby/

I do have the Convert Kit integration installed. The form in created, but I can’t figure out how to embed it on the landing page above. Further, I just need the form to be “plain” so it matches the landing page.

    Does that make sense?

    Hello Josh,

If you have carefully followed the instruction here: https://www.convertplug.com/convertkit-wordpress-popup-plugin/
And would like to only apply on the landing page only, please edit your ConvertPlug Modal and make sure that it will only appear in the landing page.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for your prompt reply. When I add a modal it appears on all pages. Is there a way to exclude certain pages? If so, how? Thank you again.

    Hi There

I just answered you the same question on the following thread:

    https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/disable-info-bar-on-a-particular-page/

Let´s concentrate in one of the threads to avoid confusion.

    Thanks
