    Hi there – I don’t know if this is something you can help with but I wish to add mail chimp and google analytics to my X-Theme Ethos 1 site. I have tried several times but add ons do not install – they either time out or just do not appear in the plug in page afterwards. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks very much Steve

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks very much indeed! Do you mind telling me how I might amend settings ie; I need to find an analytics codes snippet. The plug in page only offers me ‘Deactivate’ and ‘Edit’ (i don’t want to do any editing, unless thats where I need to set up the styling etc..)
