On the site http://bkco.wpengine.com/what-we-do/ there is a section at the bottom that is full width, but I only want that full width (like a secondary footer almost) and I want the rest of the page to be in the “container-header-footer” template if possible.

For example, I’d like the “What we do” page to be in a container like the http://bkco.wpengine.com/careers/ page but with the addition of the full width 4-column section of colored creative CTAs at the bottom with links. How can I achieve this?

My WP, X and Cornerstone should all be up to date. Thanks!

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Even if you have a fullwidth template. Your content won’t go on the edge of the page because the of ROW max width, that will make your content look inside on a container, unless you disable the ROW column container option like what you did on that last section you’re referring to.

I think you already achieved what you describe above. Would you mind to clarify?

Sure. I originally had the page as “no container” (rather than “container” or “fullwidth template”), and the bottom section looked great. However, the rest of the content on the page doesn’t scale gracefully width-wise unless I have the page set on the container template, because the top banner image goes wider than the rest of the content on larger screens. I’ve played with the margins / padding on that section to get it close, but I’d love it if all the content could be the same max width like the container solution with the exception of that full width bottom color nav bar. Is that possible?

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. You can control the container size from Customize > Layout and Design – http://prntscr.com/cacs83

Only you can set the width/max-width there globally. Or you need to control them individually by selecting the ROW.

    Hope this makes sense.
