    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! Regretfully the given ftp credentials is not working for us. Please double check it for us. Thank you in advance.

    By the way, have you done some test for plugin conflict? I am suspecting that a certain plugin might be injecting the ad code. I am not sure though.

    Hi there,

    Still can’t connect, maybe your hosting provider has a firewall that blocks connection from outside your country. How about your CPanel credentials?
