    Hi, I’ve recently purchased X-Theme and have installed it, but when I enter the code to activate the theme and het “Enter” nothing happens. My theme is still not activated. I have seen this activation process work flawlessly for someone else, so feel confident I’m taking all the necessary steps. Please advise.

    I’m running the latest WordPress.
    X-Theme is 4.6.1
    Cornerstone is 1.3.0

    Please contact your hosting support and confirm the following:

    ā€“ Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
    ā€“ Ensure cURL support for PHP is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
    ā€“ Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hi, so the response I received was as follows (“support recommended below” refers to where I copied and pasted the info you wanted to have confirmed):
    “I checked what support recommended below and everything looks good. Iā€™m having the same issue activating the licenses on my machine across multiple browsers. From what I can tell no error messages are being logged.”

    So, what’s next?

    I have tried to validate your site and I was successful on the first try. I couldn’t face such issue to enter the purchase code. Your site is now validated and you are good to go.

    Thanks very much! I’m happy it worked, but perplexed why it was not working on my end, from two different computers and locations even.

    Hmmm, I would have used Safari by default, which I think is especially fussy these days with security details. But I think I tried Firefox as well. Anyway, I’ll be doing another license soon on this same hosts server, so we’ll see.
