    I have a site, https://seniorsat5280.com and I originally developed it in a dev server, then moved to productions. I’m now trying to activate the X theme, I managed my domains, bought another license, entered the key into wordpress in the addon homes and when I press enter, it does nothing, just sits there like I didn’t press Enter. Extremely frustrating.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    they are resetting my wordpress site right now, it will be about 30 minutes or 12:30pm MT

    Okay, so I was trying everything as I have to get this up and fully working. Just for reference, if it doesn’t take the key, I selected all plug ins and then deactivated them, entered the key, it worked, then reactivated. You can close it and add it to your KB.
