mfelipeParticipantHello-
I know this discussion has been had in other topics but I can’t seem to solve it for myself.
My Slider Revolution plug-in will not automatically activate as it should with a clean purchase, registration, and update of my X Theme.
I have tried:
-Checking permissions
-Removing and re-installing from a clean X Theme download
-Contacting my University’s IT help deskI’m at a loss and worry that I don’t have the tech skills to burrow in and solve manually. My University has worked on the account a bit and finally said that this forum was my best bet.
Help?

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
The login credential is incorrect, please check and let me know.
For the meantime, are you referring to plugin activation or license activation?
If you’re referring to plugin activation, then there could be a bug. But if it’s about license activation then there is no need for that. Rev. Slider that is bundled with X theme is fully functional and it’s free, we will provide the updates of bundled plugin. If you wish to activate the license then you’ll have to buy a regular license directly from the author of the plugin. Activating the license will grant you the update and support directly from them.
If you already have the license but it’s not activating, then you’ll have to contact them.
Thanks!

mfelipeParticipantI just re-tried the credentials. My apologies.
And yes, I’m talking about plug-in activation. I’m certainly I’ve installed the free version from y’all but it won’t activate.
Thanks for your help.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
As I have checked your site, Slider Revolution is already activated. When I checked the homepage the slider is not displaying. It is because there is a JS error on the page. After spending several minutes looking for the cause of the issue, I found out that you have inserted an invalid value for the minimum height of the slider. You have inserted
400 px(http://prntscr.com/b451yl). You are supposed to insert only a number. I went ahead and edited it to save you from trouble. Your slider is displaying on the homepage now.If you need anything else, please let us know.
