Hi guys,

i migrated a site today from http://www.vergaderlocatie-eindhoven.nl to http://www.seats2meetstrijps.nl. After the migration i entered the envato purchase code, but that didn’t work because of it’s already been used.

So my question, how can i transfer this activation from the old site to the new one?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You should be able to update Cornerstone if you have X license validated.

Please do the following:

1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

I managed to do the first step, but the 2nd is impossible, since the license is not attached to this account. I just got the envato code. Is every license attached to a themeco account? Because then i have to find out to which account it’s attached too. Or maybe can you help with this revoking and assigning to the new domain?

Hi There,

Yes your licenses need to be connected to a themeco account in order that you can validate your theme.

Please provide the license number so we can assist you.
