    Hi,

As well as the problems I have here:

    https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/ubermenu-broken-by-todays-update/

I’ve also noted that neither of the new plugins are in my install – under Home/X – I have only 22 plugins available.

Not sure if this is related to the other issues i’m having but surely something is amiss.

Waiting for your help in particular on the question in this link:

    https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/ubermenu-broken-by-todays-update/

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi there,

Please update cornerstone to v1.3.0, clear cache and check X addons page again.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Cornerstone is already updated – it was after the update of X and cornerstone that all of the other issues I mentioned in other posts began. My cache is disabled and the addons page is still the same.

My admin details are in the above post so you can check.

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi there,

Please disable all third party plugins except those come with X and provide us with FTP credentials.

    Thanks.

    Hi Christopher,

I’ll do this when the other issue with my menu is solved as otherwise it’ll get too confusing.

Will update this thread when that’s done.

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi,

Is there any other way to do this? I just ask as last time I was waiting a while for a response so don’t want to risk my site being broken for too long – as I use a few plugins other than the x ones.

Can confirm that i’m still only seeing 22 available plugins. :S

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi there,

Sorry for the confusion, are you referring to extension list? I guess it’s the issue since I don’t see ACF and SuperFly there.

I did some investigation and I can confirm that update list is correctly pulled from our server, and it’s not just displayed on add-ons page. And there is a javascript plugin originating to /wp-content/mu-plugins/

Would it be okay if we remove/disable that folder?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Yeah – the extensions list under X/addons/home.

Hmm please disable the folder- but I just had a look in the directory you mentioned and couldn’t find it. Is it not tied to any live plugin on the site?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi there,

The error was caused by WPMU plugins, disabling them removes the error but, listing is still not active. Listing could be refreshed by clearing the transients. But, using a cleaner display this error,

An external object cache is in use so Transient Cleaner is not required. Please disable the plugin!

Which means, it can’t be controlled or cleared by a plugin, nor by our theme. Is there a way we can clear this? I think it’s your hosting’s feature that set external transients storage. What about plugins that utilize transients and wish to programmatically clear them when needed.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Dreamhost says it’s nothing on their side :s

Could it be something to do with Cloudflare? I disabled cloudflare and left everything else disabled on site but still got the error. Is there another way?

    Thanks,

    Nick
