Hi,

We have a problem with opening and closing accordion on our website. It takes up to 3-5 seconds to open the text box. What could be the problem?

They seem to be working just fine for me on my Macbook Pro with Chrome. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and giving it a try? Or try it in incognito mode please?

Hi Rahul,

I tried clearing the browser cache and using 3 different computers with Safari and Chrome. I also tried it in incognito mode. Some of the texts open quickly and some of them don’t.

Hi,

I just tried it with two different MacBooks with Safari and Chrome and it’s still slow on my end. Not sure what the problem is here. Everything else works as usual..

Hi there,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
