Hi! a few weeks ago i had problems installing plugins in the addons panel. Your response was so quick and it runs ok till today.
I wanna install some plugins and update some more but when i install from the addons panel, i click the install button, it seems that the installing process runs ok and it appears the green ok sticker and the button “go activate”, and when i click on “go activate” it goes to the plugins panel and the plugin is not installed so i can’t activate it.

The first time you gave me this code for the wp-config.php:

define( ‘FTP_USER’, ‘replace_this_text_with_ftp_username’ );
define( ‘FTP_PASS’, ‘replace_this_text_with_ftp_password’ );
define( ‘FTP_HOST’, ‘ftp.your-site.com:21’ );
define(‘FS_CHMOD_FILE’, 0755);
define(‘FS_CHMOD_DIR’, 0644);

And it was running ok till today. Don’t know what’s the reason, can you help me please?

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

i tried it but it doesn’t work. Now when i go to the addons panel and try to install the plugins it appears a message:
“Your WordPress file permissions do not allow plugins to be installed.”

Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/

You an also contact your host for help.

I think the permissions are ok, i can install any plugin from de worpress plugins panel, the problem comes using the addons panel. I click “install” on any plugin and then it seems installed with the green sticker but when i click go activate the plugin doesn’t appear in the wordpress plugins panel. I don’t know the reason.
Can i download the plugins from somewhere in the themeco page and install them manually via ftp?
If not i don’t know what’s happening.
